We’ll start the night with a complimentary glass of Champagne, setting the tone for a festive and relaxed evening. Our communal tables will be set for a tavolata, a family-style dining experience inspired by Italian traditions where guests gather to eat, drink, and connect. The meal, crafted by our chef, will include a variety of seasonal dishes designed to pair beautifully with different wines, allowing everyone to experiment with exciting flavor combinations.

What is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle)? The BYOB concept is all about personal choice and sharing. Instead of purchasing wines at the event, each guest brings a bottle of their own choosing – something they’re excited to pour, share, and discuss with others at the table. It’s a fantastic way to discover new wines, gain fresh perspectives, and experience a diverse selection of bottles that reflect the unique tastes of everyone attending.
